SHIPPING INFORMATION

We strive to fulfil all orders within 24 hours during business days. Please note that delays in fulfilment time may occur during sales periods, public holidays, or severe weather conditions. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including all shipment details, when your order is dispatched. Sprekenhus does not offer click and collect service. All orders are fully traceable with the provided tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay, or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quickly as possible. Delivery times are only provided as guidelines and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays through customs. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Domestic orders containing perfume will be delivered exclusively by Bring.

 

SHIPPING COST

Domestic (Norway) orders have the ability to choose between our standard shipping alternative for 99 NOK, or DHL Express for 150 NOK. Domestic orders over 1000 NOK are offered free shipping with our standard service.

International orders are sent with DHL Worldwide Express with following prices.

Sweden: 160 SEK
Denmark: 110 DKK
Europe & United Kingdom: 16 EUR
United States & Rest of World: 24 USD

A shipment that is not collected will be returned to Sprekenhus. A new shipment can be arranged for an additional fee.
