Sprekenhus is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may be eligible for a return or a return exchange if you meet the following conditions:


You have purchased the product directly from the Sprekenhus web page.


You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number, order confirmation or packing slip).


The product(s) are undamaged and unused in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, and tags.


The return request is made within 14 days from the date of purchase. If your order is shipped back to us outside of this time-window, we will return the shipment to you.

     

    Some products, such as personalized items or products indicated as “sale”, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

     

    Perfumes and Home Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for return for all international orders.

     

    If you purchased a Sprekenhus product from another retailer, please consult directly with the retailer in regard to their policies. Sprekenhus is not responsible for products purchased from other retailers.

     

    PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

     

    1. To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team by clicking on “Contact” at the bottom of our page. Provide the order number in your request.

    2. Pack the product safely, including all original packaging. Place the return label given to you on a flat surface, visible for the carrier.


    3. Include a copy of the proof of purchase inside the package (e.g., a receipt, order number, order confirmation or packing slip).


    4. Deliver the package to the dedicated service point suited for the carrier used in the return process.

     

    RETURN COSTS

    Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the product(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

      REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

      Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that Sprekenhus does not offer any exchange services. Unless the product(s) are faulty, or the wrong item(s) have been delivered. If you need a different product or another style you will have to make a return and place a new order.

       

       

      DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

      If you receive a defective or damaged product(s), please contact our customer service team at customercare@sprekenhus.com immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, including any associated shipping costs. If the product(s) are unavailable, you are eligible for a refund.

       

      Please complete the following steps when contacting us with a warranty claim:

       

      1. To initiate a warranty claim, kindly reach out to our customer service team at customercare@sprekenhus.com. Always refer to your order number in your communication with us. Include pictures and a description of the claim.

       

      2. Pack the product safely, including all original packaging. Place the return label given to you on a flat surface, visible for the carrier.

       

      3. Include a copy of the proof of purchase inside the package (e.g., a receipt, order number, order confirmation or packing slip).

       

      4. Deliver the package to the dedicated service point suited for the carrier used in the return process.

       

      UNCLAIMED GOODS

      Sprekenhus is entitled to charge you for shipping costs and any other costs that arise after the latest delivery date due to failure to collect the goods made available to you in accordance with the confirmed order. If you have not contacted our customer care team within 15 days from the latest collection date, Sprekenhus has the right to cancel the order without reimbursement. Purchaser shall nevertheless be obliged to pay the full amount of the order value for the goods.

       

      If you fail to collect your order in time, please contact customercare@sprekenhus.com as soon as possible. Provide the order number and proof of purchase in your request. Your order will be reshipped to you after Sprekenhus has received a payment confirmation for the extra costs related to the failure of collecting the order.

      IMPORTANT INFORMATION

      All returns must be sent with the carrier chosen by Sprekenhus. Sprekenhus is not responsible for product(s) sent with a third-party delivery service.

       

      Perfumes and Home Fragrance Diffusers are not eligible for return for all international orders.

       

      The customer is responsible for the goods until has been delivered to the designated service point. Always keep the shipment receipt and tracking number for proof of shipment and for tracking.


      Returns are closely inspected upon delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria. Please note that Sprekenhus only issues a full refund if the product is in the same condition as the time of delivery. A deduction of the value might be made if the return item(s) are not returned in perfect condition.


      Collecting or returning online orders at the Sprekenhus Store in Oslo is not available.
