How do I get in touch with Sprekenhus?

Please contact us a at customercare@sprekenhus.com, or use our contact form on the Contact page. The Sprekenhus customer support team has a 24-hour response standard on business days. Response times might be longer during weekends and holidays.

I want to cancel my order

Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to customercare@sprekenhus.com or use our contact form on the Contact Page to request a return. If the order has left our warehouse, we are not able to cancel the shipment.

Gifting services

We are pleased to prepare all online orders for gifting. This include the Sprekenhus signature packaging. Please select “Add Signature Gift Wrapping” in your basket. Kindly note that the gifting services has an additional $4 (39kr) fee. 

Shipping and Returns

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders will be delivered in 2 to 5 working days from the day you receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation. Domestic orders have the option to choose either Bring or DHL Express. All international orders are sent with DHL Express. Delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

All orders from Sprekenhus are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)*. This means that the cost of customs/tax is included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or tax after you’ve placed your order.

If you are experiencing this issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and tracking number in your request for us to be able to help you as quickly as possible.

There is something wrong with the product(s) I received

Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to customercare@sprekenhus.com. Describe what is wrong with the order and add photos if possible, this will help us quickly identify the problem.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 

1. To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service team by clicking on “Contact” at the bottom of our page. Provide the order number in your request.

2. Pack the product safely, including all original packaging. Place the return label given to you on a flat surface, visible for the carrier.

3. Include a copy of the proof of purchase inside the package (e.g., a receipt, order number, order confirmation or packing slip).

4. Deliver the package to the dedicated service point suited for the carrier used in the return process.

Are Sprekenhus products animal tested?

Sprekenhus is committed to cruelty-free practices. We ensure that none of our products are tested on animals and exclusively partner with suppliers who uphold the same ethical standards.

EU Regulations and FDA Standards 

All Sprekenhus products are registered with the EU Cosmetics Portal and are made according to EU regulatory standards. Furthermore, all Sprekenhus formulations are compliant to FDA standards (US). 

Sprekenhus products are predominantly sulphate-free, with the exception of our Face Cleanser, which includes sulphates to deliver optimal results. Additionally, we ensure that no parabens are used in any of our formulations.
