All items purchased through AlexanderSprekenhus.com/sprekenhus.com have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the product for a full refund (if not opened or used).

 

Returns & Exchanges
 
We cannot issue a refund until we receive your return. Sorry, no exchanges are allowed. Only a return can be processed, and then a new order may be placed for the item desired. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error. When returning an item, please pack the goods securely and keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Special Orders, Sale and Discontinued items cannot be returned.

 

Once item is returned and bank details have been received by us, we will refund the money onto given account number. This takes around 3 days.
