A: We are on hand preparing orders as soon as we can. Orders received before 11 are sent the same day with DHL Express, and usually there's a 2-3 day delivery time from that point. Sometimes circumstances and high demand makes it hard to adhere to these fast responsive times, but we do our best.

Q: How long does it take to ship to my location?
A: To be able to track your order, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press “Track your order”, enter your order number (Can be found in the confirmation e-mail we sent). Sometimes it takes a couple of hours before the shipping company registers your order.

A: We do not test on animals and only work with suppliers that do not perform animal testing.

A: We are pleased to prepare all online orders for gifting, with the inclusion of a complimentary gift-wrapping including a white gift box and silk ribbon.

Q: Does Sprekenhus offer refills?
A: We are in the process of investigating the most optimal solutions for refill, though we currently can not offer refills.
For hotels and gyms we deliver refill cans for an environmentally sound way to provide our products, but for online orders we are currently experimenting with the regular 500ml. Products with screw caps instead of pumps. Our bottles are made from a recyclable PET material and we have been able to reduce the thickness of the material to include less plastic than before.
Q: Does Sprekenhus contain Sulphates?
A: No, we do not use Sulphates in any of our products.
Q: Does Sprekenhus contain Parabens?
A: No, we do not use any Parabens as preservatives in our products.
Q: What good is Anti-Oxidants for my skin?
A: Antioxidants are generally known to act as a protective agent against free radicals.
These free radicals attach to the skin and oxidise, causing damage to the skin.
Consider the flesh of a peeled banana after interacting with air, it turns brown very quickly. If you pour lime juice which is rich in anti-oxidants, onto the banana, this will dramatically slow the process.
Also, some anti-oxidants are also great for softening the skin.
